プライバシーポリシー
100 Games Lab（以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するすべてのアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
当方は、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所といった個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録もログインもありません。

2. 取得する情報と利用目的
2-1. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
以下は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方に送信されません。
- ハイスコア、記録、連勝数などのプレイ状況
- 効果音のオン・オフなどの設定
- 広告除去の購入状態
アプリを削除すると、これらは端末から消去されます。
2-2. ランキング機能で当方サーバーへ送信される情報
オンラインランキングを備えるアプリでは、以下を当方のサーバーへ送信します。

利用目的は、ランキングの表示と、他の利用者の記録を対戦相手として配信することです。不正な記録を検出するため、操作の時刻を検証に用います。
2-3. 広告配信に関する情報
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の配信にあたり、Google が広告識別子・IPアドレス・端末情報などを取得する場合があります。これらは Google が取得するものであり、当方が受け取ることはありません。

2-4. アプリ内課金
広告除去などの購入手続きは App Store および Google Play が処理します。当方がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
3. 同意の取得
EU・英国等の対象地域では、広告の配信前に Google のユーザーメッセージングプラットフォームを通じて同意を確認します。iOS では、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合も本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます（広告の内容が最適化されなくなります）。
4. 端末の機能へのアクセス

位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク、通話履歴にはアクセスしません。
5. 第三者への提供
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ提供しません。前述のとおり、広告配信および課金処理は各事業者が独自に行います。
6. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリはお子様向けに設計されたものではありません。13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を取得することはありません。
7. 情報の保存期間と削除
ランキングに送信された記録は、サービスの提供に必要な期間、当方のサーバーに保存されます。記録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。匿名IDのみで管理しているため、削除にはアプリの「設定」に表示される匿名IDをお知らせいただく必要があります。
8. 安全管理
当方のサーバーとの通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）されています。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定します。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
100 Games Lab ("we") sets out how user information is handled in all of our apps.
1. Who we are

2. Information we handle
Stored only on your device
High scores, records, win streaks, sound settings, and ad-removal purchase status. These never leave your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Sent to our server (apps with online rankings)
- Anonymous ID — a random identifier generated on your device. It cannot identify you and is not linked to any other service.
- Records — completion times, input timestamps, board seed, win streaks.
- Display name — an index into a fixed list of preset words. Free-text entry is not possible.
We use this to show rankings and to serve other players' records as opponents. Input timestamps are also used to detect falsified records.
Advertising
Our apps show ads via Google AdMob. Google may collect an advertising identifier, IP address, and device information. We do not receive this data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by the App Store and Google Play. We never receive payment details.
3. Consent
In the EU, UK, and other applicable regions we request consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before serving ads. On iOS we present the App Tracking Transparency prompt. All app features remain available if you decline.
4. Device access
Photos — used only to save gameplay clips to your library. We never read your existing photos or videos. Network — used for ads and rankings. We do not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, or call history.
5. Sharing
We do not share information with third parties except as required by law.
6. Children
Our apps are not designed for children and are not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Retention and deletion
Records sent to rankings are retained as long as needed to provide the service. To request deletion, contact us with the anonymous ID shown in the app's settings — it is the only key we hold.
8. Security
All communication with our servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
